Planning to Wealth congratulates David Flores Wilson for being named to Wealthmanagement.com’s 2019 Thrive list, which recognizes the fastest growing advisors in the industry. The average revenue growth of the advisors on the Thrive list was three times the industry average, as calculated by McKinsey & Company’s PriceMetrix. To qualify, advisors had to be based in the US, free of ergulatory actions, and working with individual clients.

Planning to Wealth is happy to announce that David Flores Wilson has received the Certified Exit Planning Advisor certification from the Exit Planning Institute. The program is designed to 1) teach advisors how to aid business owners with the strategy, planning, and process to build a business that is transferable and 2) address the financial, legal, and tax issues before, during, and after transferring a business so that business owners can maximize value and achieve their personal, financial and business goals. The organizing principle of the program is Master Planning, the alignment of the three legs of the stool (business, personal, financial), which is executed through the implementation of a process called the Value Acceleration Methodology™. Using a combination of lectures, group discussions, case studies and individual exercises during 40 hours of classroom instruction, the designation is awarded after a 3-hour proctored exam.

DAVID flores WILSON RECEIVES THE CERTIFIED COLLEGE FINANCIAL CONSULTANT (CCFC) DESIGNATION FROM THE AICCFC.

Editor and Writer at Planning to Wealth, David Flores Wilson, received the premier financial planning designation focused on advising families as they put their children through college:  the CCFC. Administered by the AICCFC, the CCFC program includes comprehensive coursework and a final examination on the following areas:  student loan advising, financial aid advising, academic planning to reduce costs, optimal saving strategies and an analysis of higher education tax deductions and credits. CCFC charterholders must complete a fiduciary oath and annual service requirements. Coursework also includes specific, actionable college financial strategies and techniques for business owners, divorced parents, grandparents and high net worth families. If you are interested in a free consultation on college planning for your family, please email dwilson@planningtowealth.com.
